Rip no point in this other than making tejo just unplayable. His stun is bad, drone got nerfed, and missles dont even threaten anymore. At least give a 45 cooldown for one missle charge like a omen smoke would

Heres the problem. Teams could just sent one salvo, then wait for it to be done, and send the other. I think adding maybe a five second cooldown would help this because now he has kore post plant capabilities. Although, im only plat, so judge me.
