riot skin have been overpriced and has been an issue ever since the beginning. having them conditioned these goons to thinking it is completely normal to price these skins at such price, and now releasing a “new” animation at even more atrocious pricing suddenly makes it “better” and “worth” is insane.

That’s like saying apples that cost 50 dollars each is ‘not that expensive’ just because rotten ones cost 30 dollars. It’s a cosmetic, not a fruit of life. It’s falling for a marketing tactic. You lot have accepted the system and that’s exactly why Riot feels free to continue exploiting the unhealthy cosmetic monetization.

“Just don’t buy the skins”? Yep, that’s exactly why you only have sprite reskins as your free skins and you have to wait God knows how long for an overpriced skin to appear on your daily store just to have access to 2mB of cool gunshot SFX on one of your guns.
