My Ranking for as much as i can say(easy to hard) i am peek dia 2:

Bronze: the skill gap between bronze and Silver is pretty much not there. If you play regularly you cal easily climb out of bronze

Iron: when you start playing the game seems really Hard. Learning the basics Takes some time bit still pretty easy

Plat: A lot of people in plat are hardstuck. They are pretty uncoordinated and often think they are the only one in the Team doing something. If you find one or two people you can rely on it is not that Hard with mechanics good enough.

Gold: Many players start to understand the game mechanics pretty well and do lots of unpredictable stuff which can make it pretty Hard sometimes if the Team works together. Still, not all unpredictable plays are good

Silver: imo the Hardest rank i experienced. The smurf problem is bigger than in many other ranks and not a lot of people communicate at all or play together. If you have a decent skill level for a silver it can still be really Hard to climb and the skill gap between middle silver and middle Gold is one if the most noticable. Additionally a lot of silvers are very inconsistent, so very often you get completely destroyed by somebody who isnt even a smurf. Also for me i even got to 40k in one game and the next one i was like 4/22

Also please try to remember: it is never your teammates fault you cant climb. Usually it is just your mental by thinking so. Valorant has a really good rank system compared to, for example, overwatch where only your wins count. Because val counts a lot of different factors based on your Performance for your mmr, you Lose a lot less or win a lot more rr. If you are Hardcarrying many games in a row and still lose you Lose not much but mabye even get a double rank up next win. For my previous example in overwatch you can get carried so fast to high ranks or just rank up so slow because only the win/loss counts.

Edit: feel free to correct me or add something, since i cant speak for everybody and there are still some ranks above me which i cannot really say anything about.

There is no hardest rank to climb out and teammates do also depend.. It is a 5 vs 5 game u can habe impact but u mostly still need the other 4 ppl so it depends on Enemy team and own teammates
