I know of a pistol firing without the trigger being pulled. An older style exposed hammer single action auto without a firing pin block. Round in the chamber, and the hammer had been lowered so that it was not cocked and could not fire by pulling the trigger. Instead it was dropped and landed on the hammer. Pistol fired, no one hurt, just a hole in the ceiling. (Was not my pistol, I did not drop it, but it was my ceiling)

I would NEVER Appendix Carry anything!…. Even when I have a Hip Holster on, when I go to holster my firearm I kinda use the barrel to point the holster out to the side or out the back (wherever is safe) away from my legs and body, then I put the gun in the rest of the way… It sounds goofy, it’s hard to explain…. But anyhow, use a holster especially with a Glock or something without a safety!…. Poor Dog!… Haha!
