I’m not in any non-spoofing groups to “Flex” and I hate battle league (wish it wasn’t even in the game)
. I just want to have some fun and catch stupid pokemon in a game. It’s a game. Most games have cheat codes when you want to play the game you PAY for how you wish.
I played 2 years “Legit” and spent 300 dollars a month in gas and walked through more than enough sketchy crackhead encampments looking for a F**king Snorlax, to say “WHAT THE HELL AM I DOING???”
Niantic should just make a version of the game that allows the MILLIONS of people who WANT to play the game the way they want.
WHY are so many people wanting to play like this. Because most of us DON’T have the money to fly to Germany to catch 8 shinies.
We still pay that company 100’s of millions of dollars and then they have the balls to turn around and make us out to be bad people like we killed a batch of puppies or assaulted someone.
This game is completely unfair for people that live in places with almost no stops.
People that are disabled and can’t walk well, people that don’t want to be assaulted in really bad neirborhoods, a game that makes neighborhoods and businesses angry because you pull your cars up and block everyone’s store to do your raid.
It’s just a game.

niantic want everybody at the same level and even the playfields to make it fair..also niantic
“in smaller countries u can’t have 2 stops even tho they are 10 meters apart”
BUT

“in countries like america and china u can have a stop or gym every 5 cm ” yup defenetly fair

what do they mean by “fair game play”? When this game has never been fair To all players. I live in an city where there are barely 6 pokestops in the entire city. I started playing this game last year in April as a way to relax and also because I liked pokemon when I was a kid. The only way for me to catch Pokemon was to play while on the way for college in the next city . I couldn’t raid for Pokemon because of traveling . I didn’t wanna spend money on Pokecoins so I started leaving Pokemon in the gyms, but couldn’t buy much raid passes. Joined some discords for remote raid invites .even then, I couldn’t play like most players . My item bag was always out of pokeballs. And it was really frustrating when I couldn’t catch a Pokemon even after defeating it in a raid. The game has so many bugs. I deleted the game out of frustration after 2 months. How can someone play a game like this in the which advantage is based on your location. I think main series games are much more worth spending money than this game which is full of bugs.

What about the people who have multiple accounts? There is one person in my community that puts 3 Pokémon in gyms at once. All of his trainer names are way too similar so I know it’s one person.

I watch all the YouTubers spending hundreds of dollars on Pokemon go every month for Pokecoins, exclusive events and traveling. I mean I get it that you guys enjoy this game and it’s worth the money you spend for you but even after that don’t you feel cheated if you don’t get what you wanted like a shiny or a good IV legendary?

YouTubers make money from the videos they make. It’s their job, so it’s more affordable for them to spend money for the content. But all the other players can’t afford to spend hundreds of dollars or move to a place where there are a lot of pokestops . And even if someone does all that, even then there is no guarantee that you’ll get what you wanted. Nothing is guaranteed in this game. The whole Pokemon go is just a giant money trap that just makes you spend more and more money on raid passes and incubators.

I know ALOT of people that spoof.

And its not that simple, most i know live in very remote areas, places with very bad weather and even some that are bed bound.

Just a food for thought for people that want to gun down spoofers.

Yah, I work 70 hours a week, and have a kid to take care of. Only way I have time to play is spoofing. Been playing since day one and if they want to delete my account, then I’ll just stop playing and they will lose my money. Probably alot of peoples money. So if they want to kill the game, go ahead, their funeral.

I don’t spoof or like spoofers. BUT the notion the niantic wants a level playing field is ridiculous. There’s events that you can only do by traveling across the world and being in a certain location for that event. That in no way is a level playing field for most people. You have to be very wealthy and have to have a free schedule to do these sorts of things. Most people are not like yourself. They can’t travel across the world all of the time and do these in person events. So they can’t “Enjoy the game the way you enjoy it”

And it’s not just about the events. There are players that are in rural areas with little to no spawns, no stops, no gyms. How is that a level playing field?

So niantic wants to crack down on spoofers? Fine. But let’s not pretend it’s because they want a level playing field. That’s just BS and anyone with a brain knows it.

I wish instead of putting their focus on punishing players (even if they are cheaters) they would focus more on making the game better for all players. They’ve done nothing but punish and take away thing the last year. Incense are now useless. Community days are now nerfed to 3 hours and are much worse and way more stressful. We no longer get a free remote raid pass each week. We don’t even get a free community day box with pokeballs. So they just keep taking stuff away and making things worse instead of giving incentive to play the game. I get wanting to ban cheaters i do. But the focus should be more on wanting to get more people to play and not taking stuff away and punishing players.

A couple of years ago I got a warning. I don’t remember exactly what it said because it has been a while ago now, but I was so confused because I have never spoofed. If they can make that mistake once, I don’t have confidence that it won’t be made again. I haven’t invested this much time (and sadly money) in this game for Niantic to continue to drop the ball. As they so often tend to do.

I started spoofing in Jaunuary(I honestly didn’t know that they were slowing their bans or crap like that I just happened to finally catch wind and thought I’d try it)
My take. I have saved probably 1000’s of dollars by spoofing. I was joining raid apps, discords, everything to get into raid groups from around the world. I was spending money buying incenses so I could play at home all the time. I became addicted to the game, like a ton of people. I probably spent 1500 dollars in like a month on everything in December maybe? I bought 100 dollars in coins in January and haven’t since I started spoofing. This is ultimately all a game of money. Maybe I’m a corner case, because with more accessibility to raids lots probably raid even more all day, but not me. I do my free ones, and with spoofing I don’t need to use inceneses at all.
I think that like any game, if someone wants to do it…who cares? I spoof and I don’t run around showing any shundos I have off to everyone and idk anyone who does that. It’s an ease of access to the game, and in my case, I save a ton of money with how I want to play the game. My gf works all day and doesn’t have time to play this game and any event and gets home late at night and no I don’t want her driving around our local college late at night, the only place around us with a bunch of stops.
This crap is on Niantic. I can’t imagine after reading all these comments, if I was disabled, in the middle of nowhere, a stay at home mom….a number of other things. I can’t imagine their scenarios, and how they might be able to play the game at all now. I def repect @trainerclub for all his content and even this video. At the same time, I think that Niantic has created this problem with its money manipulation tho of events, raid passes, etc. Just a sad day for the pokemon go community. Which btw, includes spoofers whether peeps like it or not. End rant. Goof luck in your pogo endeavors peeps
