as a harbor main i feel like he doesnt need a TOTAL rework just maybe buff his ult make it so he has 2 coves each 200 credits and maybe his cascade can get reworked with something thatl help him offencively like a stun

people who should be at diamond but is stuck in silver cuz of internet or hardware problems when they get a good ping or fps in their lobby and get a extremely good performance will be very affected by that report system. And since they already know how to play well, there wont be anyway for them to grind, because if they start a new account the same problem will happen. That happens specially with people with hardware problems, since when you adapt to 30 fps and get atleast mid even with that fps, when you upgrade your pc you will be on another level, since now your aim that was adapted to 30 fps, will now look like radiant aim with roughly 60 or 70 fps

Harbors abilities were fine where they were they just needed some slight buffs. Most people say he’s a troll pick but don’t know how to play him correctly

They’re literally doing all this cuz they don’t want to lose their player base to marvel rivals. First the replay system now ranked rewards, two things rivals has had since release
