Not a harbor main here but someone that plays harbor more than the average player. I hope harbor doesn’t get a total rework. I understand he is niche but his abilities can be incredibly strong in the right hands and he can be a very creative agent, which is quite fun. I always play him on breeze and i can’t imagine offense without harbor and his current kit. I think he can use some buffs but I don’t like the idea of a complete rework that would change the identity of his abilities
