I got a permanent ban and I don’t even spoof,now the absolutely stinks,I have tried getting my account back and I’m not so I’m in the process of suing niantic for banning my account for nothing,I had no warnings apart from my account being terminated

So the guy that Niantic pays to fly around the world for every event is going to lecture everyone about a level playing field? That’s funny.
If they want everyone to be on a level playing field they wouldn’t have regional Pokemon and they wouldn’t have events in one part of the world. That’s segregating most of the Pokemon Go fan base.
If they want a level playing field make all events global, make all Pokemon available where you are. Or give everyone that plays a plane ticket to Go Fest events 😂

If there’s a Global Trading System (GTS) as pokemon videl games or pokemon home, no distance limit for the lucky trade. but they don’t have and they imagine everyone can live in big cities and travel around the world.

Not a fan of spoofers but also don’t see who they have an advantage of other players in actual game play. At least not the way I play.

But I am surprised that Niantic hasn’t made its own version for spoofers with a monthly subscription. Where they can put limitations in place themselves.

You have enough money to travel the world and catch whatever Pokemon you want… How is that not an unfair advantage?!?! That being said, you seem to be open minded so thats cool. I don’t spoof personally, but my little Brother is Handicapable and home bound, and we also live in a rural area with few pokestops.💯. So spoofing is his the only way to play the game. He used to pay for incense but those are basically worthless now.

Want to help eliminate one of the reasons for spoofing aka going after regional pokemon? Allow world wide trades. You have trading requirements locked behind friendship anyway

I’ve played this game since the beginning. I started spoofing when I finished college and got into my career field that requires me to work 12-15 hours a day. I miss tons of events. But with spoofing I’m able to play them when I’m free.
I was never toxic. I don’t care for PVP or battling for gyms. In fact I loved helping other trainers. I joined many discords and always invited people to raids. I traded with others to help complete dex and even jumped on people’s accounts to help them too.

I’ve received my first ever red flag 7 day ban last week. And honestly, if they take away my account, I just don’t care. I’ll stop playing.

But I’ll still support you and other YouTubers! I enjoy watching your channel, love the content and will forever love Pokémon!

Niantic is at fault that spoofers even exist. I started playing back when the game released. The day it was made public to everyone, I rushed out of the house all excited to only see nothing in the nearby (I lived in a very small town). I kept walking around, forest, fields and kept wondering why there is nothing. Until I saw one pidgey in the nearby. Tracked it down and that was my adventure done. The only time I got to see more pokemon was when I started working at a castle, there was quite more life than in my town. Multiple pokestops, castle park was a nest on top of it, lot of spawns, I spent hour after work going around and catching stuff. The difference between small town and this castle was insane. Same as when I went to the city. Incomparable and yet it wasnt like crazy. When I see online screenshots or videos of the spawns some people have… Even the difference between my city and those cities is insane. Now that I live in a big city, main city in south Bohemia region of Czech Republic. Compare that to some cities in Japan or America where you cant even click pokestops and pokemon because there is so many and its like comparing village to a city. The differences are just way too big. They need to increase spawns and approve more criteria for pokestops. We cant place more pokestops because there is nothing here at some places. Really people here try their hardest to get something valid to be approved for a pokestop. Most common being sculpture or some kind of part of building thats historical or kid playgrounds. Thats literally it. I have been looking around my area what could be a good place for a pokestop and best I could find was a garden of a man that lives few doors from us and makes the garden kind of an art, placing children toy figures and making some kind of scene from it. But that wont get approved. So sadly cant do much at my house besides waiting for that one single spawn of a pokemon I get.

Niantic doesnt care about a level playing field. Their only concern is making more money which they proved over and over.
I spoof and got a suspension 2 days ago. But I dont see how I ruin the game experience for other ppl. I dont put pokemons in gyms, I dont pvp unless theres a task for me to complete which includes some battles. Im in a discord where I and 1 more person host raids for ppl that dont have any gyms or stops nearby. We are able to trade with each other, which I couldnt do before I started to spoof. I used to play legit when I first started and after a couple of months I wanted to quit because I didnt have any fun. Didnt have other friends that played pokemon go so I wasnt able to trade or raid with friends. And it was too time consuming to walk or drive to gyms, while u have other stuff to take care of as well. We cant pause life and just play pogo. Now I helped build a small community where I help people with raids and trades and its us spoofers that spends a lot of money on the game as well. I always thought untill 2 days ago I got away with spoofing because of the money I put in the game lol. Guess not.
