I understand that its unfair to spoof but think about the players who now cant play because they have nothing in their area i literally have like 1 gym an 2 pokestops in my area and others have like 3 pokestops on their house i just think its infair for some spoofers that cant really have legit

I don’t spoof but as a disabled person I do know other people that are disabled who started spoofing after the incense nerf and cost hike of remote passes. They made it really hard for disabled people to be able to enjoy the game. Especially those who started playing during the pandemic. Niantic didn’t give any warning to people who started playing during the pandemic about the changes that were temporarily made for the pandemic. Most of these people had already put money into the game. It felt like a bait and switch. Obviously a lot of spoofers aren’t disabled and are just people who want to grab shinies and regionals to brag. But there are whole groups of players Niantic pays no mind to that they couldn’t care less about which is unfortunate.

I do have a questions for you calcyiv is that cheating to cause i use that to know what iv thqt pokemon have in my eyes that isnt cheating cause i dont have profit of it. Its not that the app says where are shinys ro hundos he scans just the pokemon on tap on. but i do must sing in on the calcy iv app and that opens or switch on to pokemon go

For someone who is missing a leg, how the hell am I going to get out doors without being baby sat by someone? The nearest pokestop is a longways away and I can’t do raids, spotlight hours etc etc. I’m not dumping money for remote passes and end up getting banned for my disability. Spawns are trash and I can’t get out everyday. My butt is in a chair everyday, my parents are at work or busy with making meals for the day, gardening etc. Not to mention, but gas is high and who on earth is going to pay $5 a gallon to drive somewhere to play a game? I can’t do that.

I don’t spoof but neither do I care if people do or don’t, your life not mine. However, it’s really shady that Niantic has never officially dropped shiny rates on raids, wild, eggs and other things in game that would be considered “lootbox”. Which is blatantly against terms of service in google and apple app store. For example we were only told after go fest about worst odds for shinys. Kind of hypocritical to enforce rules when you don’t follow rules

Niantic: SpOOfERs HaVE aN UNfaIr AdVANtaGE. Tell that to the big city folk that don’t have to do anything but sit on their couch to play while people like me have to travel just for one pokestop lol. Also, wouldn’t auto catchers be a form of cheating since its a device that practically plays for you? Make the game FAIR and people won’t need to cheat.

For me I think it’s time to quit pokemon go because I have an LG K10 and I used to play pokemon go there and now it says that it’s incompatible and that’s the only phone I have😔

I’ve never spoofed. I honestly think Niantics issue is more they want us out collecting data for them.

They don’t seem too care much about players opinions and it’s not likely they care about unfair play or flexing. Not trying to be negative but it’s the way they present themselves.

I was pleasantly surprised to see the comment section of this video. Imagine making a game so unfairly balanced in the first place that people feel the need to cheat to get enjoyment out of it. Niantic at it again sucking every last drop of fun out of the game.

I do honestly believe there is such thing as “healthy spoofing”, I don’t have an issue with spoofing when you are going out to a local city and playing as you would if you were walking around. It makes your gameplay both more safe and more fun to play even at times when it generally wouldnt be safe to go out and play. I dont support the toxic gym sniping or teleporting to hundos etc though

I’m spoofing, I don’t take gyms and Dont ruin other players fun. If I get banned for this, eventho I payed money into it, I won’t start a new account. Niantic is annoying me for years now with how they treat the F2P players and how buggy their million $ game is. If they ban me, alright I cheated and it’s against the rules I understand that. But that just proves they are only about the money and not about the players
